Bristol, the Hispaniola
Jack Boon is known a Black Jack, for his computer hacking skills and incredible luck at times when the chips are down. He is a modern pirate with a love of antiques that he collects, attacking corporations and holding them to ransom, with viruses. But those days are over, after he had a lot of his ill gotten property confiscated, when he could not account for where the money came from.
For this reason he is reverting to treasure hunting, finding tangible gold and gemstones, that might be traded, to launder the find. Or, heaven forbid, gain a legitimate reward as a finders-fee. Since some treasure troves are valued in the $Billions.
Black Jack is also aware of the stunning, Artificially Intelligent, Elizabeth Swann, and would like to get his hands on the juicy tech for his own use as a hacker - should such an opportunity arise. He knows that they are looking for buried pirate treasure, but is unsure if it is Blackbeard's long-lost buried treasure, or Henry Morgan's undiscovered hoard. Or what.
Boon is introduced to Lord Huntington by William Gray. He is mates with Billy One Eye and John Long, to whom he owes his allegiance. He signs on as a crew member of the Hispaniola.
